Bio
Since earning his Master's Degree in Business from the University of Southern California in 1985 (BA: Univ. Washington 1982), Tim has worked as both a real estate developer and as a real estate broker based in Los Angeles, CA. Tim was involved in the formation of the CBRE's first tenant representation group, exclusively representing companies such as Barnes & Noble Books, Hollywood Video and Boston Market.
Throughout his career, Tim has represented institutional landlords such as Safeway, Camden Living, M David Paul & Associates, Homart Development and TIAA CREF. Tim has also exclusively represented Bristol Farms Markets in California since 2004. Furthermore, he has eighteen years' experience representing drug store chains including: Rite Aid, Longs and Walgreens. He also currently represents Boudin SF Restaurants in Los Angeles County.
Prior to joining CBRE, Tim has also served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Halferty Development Company (HDC) from 1998-2001, creating grocery and drug store developments in California's central valley.
