Timothy Earnshaw

Mr. Earnshaw has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since January 2020. Previously, Tim served as our Controller, a role he held since April 2017. Prior to joining Essential Properties, Tim served in a variety of roles at AR Global, a sponsor and advisor of public, non-traded REITs, from 2014 until 2017. He most recently served as Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Controller for AR Global’s healthcare-focused REITs, where he had oversight responsibility for the accounting and external and internal reporting functions. Prior to joining AR Global, Tim served in the audit and enterprise risk services practice at Deloitte & Touche, providing assurance and advisory services to a variety of public and private clients in the real estate, financial services and manufacturing industries. Tim graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
