Testimonials
"I worked with Tim Donohue and Burke Kennedy at CBRE Austin on a successful sublease of unneeded space. When Whiteglove made the difficult decision to close its Austin operations, I called on Tim and Burke to manage the office disposition negotiations with our landlord. They were valuable advisors throughout the process, negotiating an early lease termination without penalties, holdover or legal actions and saving the company approximately $80,000 of our remaining lease obligation costs. The CBRE team went above and beyond to assist us and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for future needs in the Austin area." Jeff Lehrfeld, Chief Financial Officer, Glenridge Health
