Timothy W Bright

Tim Bright, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Sector Head of the Multi-Family Asset Management Group at Clarion Partners. He oversees the asset management group responsible for the investment results of over 60 assets (15,000 units) including core, value-add and development opportunities. Tim is responsible for reviewing acquisition underwriting, setting policy and directing all multi-family asset management activities at the Firm. His prior experience at Clarion includes assignments as an Assistant Portfolio Manager and the asset management of office, retail and hotel investments. Tim has completed property disposition and financing transactions of nearly $2.0 billion. Tim joined Clarion Partners in 1999 and began working in the real estate industry in 1989.
