Tim is responsible for the firm’s investment activities including: Sourcing new assets, overseeing capital markets, and the overall implementation of the firm’s investment strategies.Tim was previously the Director of Acquisitions for Thor Equities, a global real estate development firm headquartered in New York City with ~$10 billion AUM throughout North America, Europe, and Latin America. Tim was actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s acquisition, financing and development activities. Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University Maryland.
