Tim Slater

Tim Slater is a Senior Vice President at Amstar. He joined the firm in 2017, and is responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions of office, multifamily, industrial and retail properties within Amstar’s U.S. portfolio. Previously, Mr. Slater worked in the Acquisitions group at LaSalle Investment Management in Chicago underwriting and completing diligence on new acquisitions across the U.S. for LaSalle’s funds and separate accounts. While at LaSalle, he closed transactions in excess of $1.9 billion. Prior to LaSalle, he worked at Wells Fargo in the Real Estate Debt Originations group in Chicago. Mr. Slater graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.B.A in Real Estate and Finance. He is a member of NAIOP and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA).
