Tim has been a member of the Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ, formerly Cassidy Turley) Walnut Creek office since October 2010. Prior to joining the C&W Industrial Team, Tim worked for a local boutique brokerage firm where he was responsible for the leasing of 450,000 square feet of property under management. Since then, Tim's relentless work ethic has propelled him to successfully complete numerous transactions on behalf of tenants and landlords alike.
