Thomas Messier

Mr. Messier has been involved in the commercial real estate and capital markets industry since 1980. In 2003 he joined Medalist as an equal partner. He has experience in commercial real estate acquisition, financing, asset management and investor relations. Prior to joining Medalist, Mr. Messier was in the capital markets business focused on structured fixed income products including commercial real estate (commercial mortgage backed securities). He was formerly a Director of Global Capital Markets at Wells Fargo Bank. Prior to that he was a Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Bank of America. Mr. Messier received his BBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
