As Director of Industrial Development in the Cincinnati office, Tim is responsible for sourcing industrial opportunities in Ohio and surrounding states as well as select markets in the Southeastern US. Tim joined NorthPoint in 2016 as the first employee in Cincinnati and has developed over 12 million square feet of Class A industrial space on a speculative and build-to-suit basis. With a 20-year background in industrial design/build construction including 8 years with ARCO National Construction,Tim brings a unique perspective to sourcing opportunities as he has been involved with all facets of the development process.
