Tim Irvin

Tim is responsible for all Unilev-owned and third-party retail property management and leasing. He coordinates daily operations with Unilev’s property managers and works closely with landlords, tenants, vendors and utility providers to ensure quality service and efficiency. Tim has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development, leasing and property management nationally and with a prominent local property portfolio in Houston. He has managed upwards of 4 million square feet of retail property during his career. Tim holds a Texas Real Estate Broker License and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from Southern Methodist University.
