Tim Holliday

Tim is responsible for overseeing the development of projects for NorthPoint’s Cincinnati markets. His 20 years of design/build construction experience helps to ensure effective planning and execution in each stage of the project. Tim helped to develop the Beyond Self Storage team, and now focuses on leading the Industrial development efforts out of Cincinnati. Prior to joining Northpoint, Tim was Director of Design Build for Al. Neyer, Inc. Tim is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
