Mr. Flint is a Executive Vice President at CBRE Affordable Housing, focusing on transaction management, business development, and client service delivery. Mr. Flint works with the teams at CBRE Affordable Housing, as well as a network of local brokers throughout the nation, to assist his clients in making informed decisions about their affordable assets. Mr. Flint has over 10 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, directing over 400 LIHTC and HUD transactions totaling more than $5 billion in value. Before joining CBRE Affordable Housing, Mr. Flint was a Director at Tax Credit Group. He has also worked as a market rate multifamily broker in the Seattle area and at Fidelity Investments in their mutual fund and equity trading department.

Mr. Flint is consistently invited to speak at affordable housing conferences across the country, including IPED, Novogradac, AHF Live, and NH&RA.
