Tim Feldballe has more than 37 years of extensive experience in business development and project and financial management. He has held principal finance and accounting roles in development and redevelopment projects totaling more than $5 billion. Tim is a strong leader, able to build and energize effective, cross-functional teams. His work ethic, integrity, and analytical and communication skills inspire high achievement. Tim's expertise gives a unique breadth and depth to the accounting services at DMA and dma | property, encompassing all aspects of development, project and property management. As Chief Financial Officer for both businesses, he also ensures financially sound and efficient operations.
