Throughout his 28-year career, Tim Callahan has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial, office and triple-net-leased properties, as well as sale/leasebacks on behalf of institutional clients, public and private companies and individual investors. In the past three years alone, Callahan has closed more than 6.5 million square feet of transactions with such clients as Jabil Circuit, Inc., Carter Validus REIT, Exel Logistics, Mitsubishi Power Systems and Muscarelle Development.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Tim was a Director with Cushman & Wakefield in Tampa.

Tim has earned numerous industry accolades during his career, including multiple Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) production and Deal of the Year awards, as well as Cushman & Wakefield internal awards for excellent service and deals of the year. Additionally, he has been active in the commercial real estate industry as a member of NAIOP and currently serves on the Board of Directors for its Tampa Bay chapter. He is also involved with Tampa's Real Estate Investment Council (REIC).
