Tiffany Taylor is responsible for managing the retail, office, and industrial/flex properties comprising the Indiana South Portfolio. Tiffany joined Sandor in 2009 upon receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Ball State University.

Sandor is one of the largest privately-held shopping center developers in the nation, owning and operating over 8 million square feet of retail across 25 states. Building on over 55 years of success and with a focus on center revitalization, Sandor has the stability to take a long-term view of property and market success.

Although the portfolio was built primarily through ground-up development, in 2008-2009 the focus shifted to acquisition. Since then Sandor has acquired more than $700 million of undeveloped land, existing centers, and single-tenant assets. While many competitors have struggled, Sandor's financial strength created opportunity, growing the company from 6 to over 8 million square feet in the past ten years.
