Tiffany Canady

Tiffany Canady – CPA, is the Senior Vice President of Financial Reporting & Accounting for PIDC, Philadelphia’s public-private economic development corporation. Tiffany is responsible for the annual audits, tax returns, budgeting/forecasting, and the reporting of a variety of compliance/investor information for PIDC and its managed companies. Prior to working at PIDC, Tiffany worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight years, where she was an audit manager specializing in residential and commercial finance institutions. Tiffany graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2002 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. She volunteers and serves on the board directors for mission based and community oriented organizations within Philadelphia.
