As Chief Operations Officer, Tiffanie Farr is responsible for managing the daily operations of Hanley Investment Group’s elite retail investment sales platform. Tiffanie brings years of experience to Hanley Investment Group where she focuses on operations, technology, change management, and creative problem solving. Tiffanie’s expertise and understanding of commercial real estate enables her to create streamlined processes and procedures allowing the company to produce the best results for their clients.
Tiffanie began her commercial real estate career, 17 years ago at CBRE, Inc. Her early career included supporting top private investment brokers for office, industrial and retail. Her team was a year over year leader in sales, innovation, strategy, and strong influencers in business practices that were shared across the company. Her more recent role at CBRE, Inc., was the Creative and Operations Director. Her passion for efficiency, process, and innovation with creative problem solving has allowed her to adapt through the cycles of real estate.
