Tom Wilder

Tom Wilder started working with the firm’s predecessor organization, Wilder-Manley Associates, eventually becoming responsible for the management of over 10 million square feet of retail. Today, as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee Mr. Wilder oversees site acquisitions, all facets of development and redevelopment as well as property management for the Company’s operating properties. Tom is a graduate of Northeastern University in Mechanical Engineering. He is an active member of the ICSC and The Urban Land Institute.
