Thomas Whealdon serves as an Associate for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease retail assets, with a focus on the automotive industry. He represents private clients, institutions, developers, private equity funds, as well as some of the nation’s largest REITs. Using his dedicated work ethic, strong relationships, and strong knowledge of the industry, Thomas prides himself on his commitment to meeting his client’s immediate needs and fulfilling their long-term financial objectives.
Prior to joining Matthews™, Thomas interned for The McEnery Company in New Orleans as a research analyst in Valuation Services.
