Tom oversees several projects in Pembroke’s North American portfolio, including the refurbishment of 1201 New York Avenue and 1801 Pennsylvania Avenue, in Washington, DC. Tom also worked extensively on Pembroke’s Boston portfolio, including the complete renovation of the Seaport Hotel’s 428 guest rooms and the majority of tenant construction projects in the Seaport and 255 State Street. Tom has been with Pembroke since its inception in 1997. Prior to joining Pembroke, Tom worked for Fidelity Corporate Real Estate as an analyst, where he evaluated the economic impacts of projects related to occupancy of Fidelity business units.
