P. Thomas Tourso is a Partner who started his real estate career in 1996 with Garrick-Aug Associates, a nationally known New York City based Real Estate Brokerage firm specializing in retail brokerage. During his tenure at Garrick-Aug Mr. Tourso consummated transactions with national and regional tenants such as: Home Depot; United Stor All; Moda Furniture; Bassett Furniture; Popeyes; New York Sports Club; Treasure Island; Standard Tile; Commerce Bank; QuickChek; Dunkin’ Donuts and Hollywood Tans. Mr. Tourso also focused on land acquisition opportunities for a select group of regional retail developers.
