As Senior Vice President in the Central New Jersey office, Mr. Sullivan's area of expertise involve industrial brokerage, brownfields redevelopment and life science services.
In his thirty year affiliation with CBRE, Mr. Sullivan has worked on sale and lease assignments involving mid-size industrial buildings as well as larger 300,000 plus square foot warehouse and distribution centers. His wide ranging experience and background in the New Jersey commercial real estate marketplace has proved a valuable asset in market analyses, evaluation, planning and negotiations on behalf of owners an users he represents. Along with his extensive industrial properties engagements, totaling over 30,000,000 square feet of sold and leased space, Mr. Sullivan has represented land owners and developers in the sale and purchase of large development sites offering each client a focused perspective based on his knowledge of the local market area and the New Jersey land use approval process.
In addition to Mr. Sullivan's experience within the New Jersey industrial arena, he is an expert in the United States pharmaceutical and biotech communities. His intimate knowledge of this specialized industry has resulted in the sale or lease of over 10,000,000 square feet of laboratory, R&D and medical manufacturing space. As an expert within the sector, Mr. Sullivan is frequently asked to advise pharmaceutical and biotech companies on the value of capital assets positioned for sale. Additionally, as Director of the Advisory Board for the Life Sciences Group, Mr. Sullivan coordinates CBRE's activities within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
