Thomas D Simon

Tom Simon is a First Vice President with CBRE Minneapolis/St. Paul specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties.  Mr. Simon is the Minneapolis office's representative of the Special Property Group, CBRE's program handling non-urban properties.  He is currently licensed in five states including Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, South Dakota and North Dakota.

Since joining CBRE in 1985, Mr. Simon has completed over 500 transactions comprised of over 20,000,000 square feet and over $500 million in consideration.
