Bio
Thomas G. Mirandi is Vice President of Real Estate for RD Management. His responsibilities include leasing RD’s nationwide portfolio of commercial properties, negotiating deals and leases with big-box, in-line, and outparcel tenants, and developing and implementing leasing and marketing strategies. This includes overseeing the company’s in-house and third-party leasing and marketing personnel. In addition, he coordinates tenant build-outs with Construction and Property Management and directs Accounts Receivables on management of tenant accounts. Prior to this role, Thomas served as Assistant Vice President of Leasing, Leasing Manager, and Property Manager at RD Management. In his past positions, Thomas was a Director of Leasing for Win Properties, Inc. and Property Administrator at The Brookhill Group. Thomas is a licensed New York real estate broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He graduated from Valparaiso University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics.
