Toby Mink is a Senior Vice President with CBRE's Advisory and Transaction Services in Baltimore, MD where he and his team service both corporate occupiers and institutional owners in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Mink joined CBRE, Inc. in 2005 and his primary focus is tenant advisory services for corporate clients requiring warehouse and distribution strategies.

With a background in finance and over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Mink has a complex understanding of the site selection process while utilizing CBRE's robust platform in leveraging Financial Consulting Services, Labor/Wage Analytics, and Location Incentives.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Mink helped lead the industrial team for the Cushman & Wakefield affiliate in Baltimore.
