Tom began his career with CBRE in 1981 specializing in industrial lease and sale transactions in the Northern New Jersey market. 

Tom has successfully completed hundreds of office and industrial sale, lease and investment sale transactions for both corporate occupiers and institutional owners, as well as regional developers in excess of 40 million square feet.
