THOMAS KELLY joined MacQuesten in 2016. Kelly brings nearly 20 years of extensive managerial experience and expertise in design and construction. He most recently served as a Senior Project Executive for HFZ Capital Group in New York City, where his principal responsibilities included overseeing multiple high-rise luxury conversion projects from conception to completion; liaising with directors, realtors, design teams and investors; building and managing networks of consultants, subcontractors and vendors; supporting acquisitions and legal teams in preparing and amending offering plans; and assisting marketing and sales teams on purchase offers, contracts and closings.Kelly also has held managerial positions with Mackenzie Keck Construction of Hackettstown, NJ; Devito Builders of Yorktown Heights, NY; Marquise Construction of Pleasantville, NY; and Prestige Homes LLC of Great Neck, NY.
