Bio
Thomas James is a Managing Director and member of the Acquisitions group at Clarion Partners. Based in the New York office, Tom focuses on acquisition opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Prior to this, he was responsible for the asset management of multifamily properties in metro New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Jacksonville. Additionally, Tom managed office properties in the Northeast and a national medical office portfolio. Tom joined Clarion Partners in 2005 and began working in the financial industry in 1998. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, a member of NAIOP and holds a CIPM designation. Education Boston College, B.S. - Accounting (1998)
