As Managing Director of the Global Project Management Platform, Tom Hancock holds global responsibility for the Project Management service line platform supporting successful, value-added delivery of dedicated account and local market programs and projects. Key focus areas of the Global Project Management Platform include talent development and retention; process optimization and consistency; technology solutions; goverance and risk management; strategic sourcing; marketing and communications; new business pursuits; and financial management.
Previously, Tom served as a Program Manager on the Global Project Management Platform, where he primarily focused on the Strategic Operational Assessment Review (SOAR) program for Operational Excellence. The SOAR program is a platform assessment initiative designed to enhance and refresh project management deliverables and provide leadership on operational and financial performance across CBRE account portfolios.
Tom Hancock has over 20 years of leadership experience in projects and operations with Hewlett-Packard, Coca-Cola and CBRE.
