Bio
As a Managing Director based in the New York office, Tom Griggs is responsible for leading the Industrial & Logistics practice for the East region. Tom’s primary focus is on sourcing and executing new development and acquisition opportunities for the New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. offices.
Prior to joining Hines in 2019, Tom worked on transportation infrastructure projects for Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets (MIRA), along with industrial acquisition and development roles with Realterm, JLL and LaSalle Investment Management in North America and Central & Eastern Europe.
He earned his MBA from The Booth School of Business at The University of Chicago along with his Bachelor of Science, Finance from Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University.
