“T” (short for Thomas) has always called the Triangle of North Carolina home. Born and raised in Durham, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University in 2003. At Duke he was also a walk-on for the baseball team where he surrendered home runs in both of his pitching appearances.

T.’s diversified experience includes commercial brokerage, construction and development consulting, property management, and real estate marketing. He has been with Deaton for more than a decade and is licensed in N.C., S.C and Georgia.

At Deaton, T. handles operations and general brokerage duties, working with sellers to market their properties for sale and consults investors on buying decisions. T. lives in Raleigh with his wife and their two children.
