Thomas Farnoly

Thomas P. Farnoly Jr. is a Principal at Springer Capital, LLC and has over 17 years of experience in real estate and financial services. He most recently was a partner at Centura Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm located in Conshohocken, PA. Throughout his career, Mr. Farnoly has been involved with the management and direct investment of over $500 million in multifamily, medical office and triple net assets located throughout the United States. Prior to joining Centura, Mr. Farnoly was with Merion Realty Partners (fka as CMS Companies) where he was involved in the investment and management of over $120 million of high net worth and family office equity in a series of private equity real estate funds. Prior to his experience at Merion, Mr. Farnoly was at Philadelphia Private Capital (PPC), a real estate merchant bank and private equity firm where his main responsibilities included analyzing real estate investments across all major sectors, evaluating real estate deal structures, and underwriting the portfolio investments of two proprietary real estate funds. During his career, Mr. Farnoly has worked at both Blackrock and The Vanguard Group where he served in a variety of roles in finance and investment management. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and has a Pennsylvania real estate license. Mr. Farnoly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University where he was also a member of the varsity heavyweight crew team.
