Thomas Elghanayan

Tom is actively involved in overseeing acquisitions, finance, planning, residential marketing and management. He continues the Elghanayan family tradition of developing properties that will stand the test of time. During his nearly five-decade-long career in the real estate industry he has earned a reputation as a forward-thinker who has set the standard for building style and quality, while paving the way into New York's burgeoning neighborhoods.Tom earned his Master in Business Administration at Harvard University and his Bachelor of Arts at Yale University.In addition to being passionately involved with his company, Tom is also a member of the Board of Governors and Executive Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Executive Committee for the Alliance for Downtown New York, the Downtown-Lower Manhattan Association, and the Carnegie Hall Society.
