Bio
Tommy Edmunds joined the company in 2016. Prior to joining Silvergate Development he was an Acquisitions Manager for a multinational grocery retailer. There he identified land and redevelopment acquisition targets and oversaw the entitlement and development process for new stores.
His professional experience includes commercial real estate investment banking at FBR Capital Markets Corporation, multifamily asset management at Greystone Servicing Corporation, and asset management and multifamily REO management and dispositions at Freddie Mac.
Mr. Edmunds is a member of NAIOP and ULI San Diego chapters. He has an B.S. in Commerce, with a concentration in Finance, along with a major in Economics from the University of Virginia; and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Mr. Edmunds has spent extensive time in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and speaks Portuguese.
