Thomas DeLuca, Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield's National Industrial Practice Group represents corporations in their leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, consolidations, build-to-suit and investment sales.

Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Thomas worked as a sales associate for Arizona Beverages where he developed and maintained relationships with local business owners, as well as prospect for new business through cold calls, on-sight visits, and networking. Thomas also successfully negotiated sales contracts with clients on behalf of Arizona Beverages. Thomas currently represents Arizona Beverages real estate transactions nationally.
