Bio
As Real Estate Representative, Tommy assists with all aspects of development in the Phoenix metro area, focusing on industrial and multifamily. He collaborates with the development team on pursuits, due diligence and entitlements and coordination with joint venture partners, construction teams and property management companies. He also collaborates with the property management team on marketing, branding, operations, leasing and procurement and budget management for furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Tommy holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) and a Bachelor of Arts from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He is a member of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association.
