Thomas Provides comprehensive multifamily advisory services in acquisitions, strategic ownership decision making, property value analysis, and disposition brokerage to support clients in every stage of ownership.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Thomas held a multifamily investment sales role with Capstone Apartment Partners in Charlotte, NC. Throughout his career, Thomas has been meaningfully involved in the marketing and sales of over $800 million worth of multifamily properties.
