In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Thomas Barry has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and has represented major corporations, developers, small business owners and institutional owners. Specializing in industrial sales and leasing, Tom has extensive knowledge of the Rhode Island market.
Tom is a graduate of Connecticut College and began his career in commercial real estate in 1985 at Ryan Elliott and Co. of Rhode Island, Inc., which was sold to CBRE in 1998.
