Thomas Attridge

Thomas Attridge is the Director of Southeast Operations at Standard Communities. Previously, Mr. Attridge served as a Senior Associate in Standard Communities’ Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Attridge joined Standard from Capital City Real Estate, a boutique condominium and apartment developer in the D.C. Metro Area, where he was an Acquisitions Associate. Mr. Attridge’s Past roles and responsibilities include sourcing acquisitions in Metro D.C. for Brookfield Residential Properties. He holds a Masters of Professional Studies in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University, and earned a B.A. in Communication from Villanova University.
