Bio
Theo Slagle, a fifth generation Washingtonian, is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield's Washington, DC Tenant Advisory Group. For the past six years, he has specialized in tenant representation and office disposition assignments for law firms, corporate users and non-profit organizations throughout the entire Washington, DC region. He is responsible for strategic planning, new business development, marketing planning and implementation, statistical analysis, financial modeling and lease negotiation.
Mr. Slagle has completed over 1.5 million square feet of tenant lease transactions. In addition, he is a past recipient of the 2009 "Rising Star" award at his prior firm.
Mr. Slagle graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and a minor in finance from the D. Inez Andreas School of Business and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Washington, DC, and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
He is a recipient of the distinguished Eagle Scout Award, member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of realtors and co-founder of the DC Golf Society.
