Terry Payne has over 30 years of experience in the commerical real estate industry, specializing in office project leasing, tenant representation and investment sales. He has consistently been one of the top-producing office brokers in the Tulsa market throughout his real estate career.

Terry began his career with Tooman and Associates in 1982 and became a partner with Tooman Collins Associates in 1988. Tooman Collins Associates was acquired by Koll Management Services in 1997 which was subsequently purchased by CB Commercial Real Estate Group that same year. During this time, he provided project leasing services for many of the largest office buildings in Tulsa, which were primarily owned by institutional investors. From 1999 through 2007, Terry worked for Trammell Crow Company and was responsible for a leasing portfolio of over one million square feet. In 2007, he joined CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma following their acquisition of Trammell Crow's Oklahoma operations. Terry joined CBRE when they acquired CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma in 2014.

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) offie designation was awarded to Terry in 1990. The SIOR designation is given to commercial real estate professionals who have maintained significant transaction volume for over a five-year period. He served in various leadership positions for the Society, including past president of the Oklahoam chapter and a past member of the National Board of Directors.
