Terry joined the Colliers Real Estate Team in 1984 and has specialized in the exclusive representation of of both Owners and Users in the leasing, sales and acquisition of Commercial Real Estate. Over the years Terry has earned the loyality of such long term clients as Makita USA, DNS Electronics, Sumco USA, Renaissance Learning, Sparqtron, Memsic, First 5, The Health Trust, Network Designs and the County of Santa Clara to name a few. Terry has always aimed to provide "Service Second to None" for his clients and Terry has always placed the rule "His Word is His Bond" at the top of his list of "Rules to Live By".
