Terry Davis is an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Birmingham office. As a member of the firm's National Multi Housing Group, Terry specializes in multifamily investment sales, assisting clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout the southeast. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Terry spent 20 years working in sales. Terry has a degree in Finance from University of South Alabama.
