Terry Burka

Terry Burka joined the Broad Street team in April 2020 as Vice President of Asset Management. Mr. Burka will provide strategic oversight of the asset management team, and Broad Street assets. He will work closely with the finance, leasing, property management, and acquisitions teams. He will also support reporting, procedure, and compliance development and refinement for of the company. Prior to Broad Street, Mr. Burka led a US Investment Portfolio as the Vice President of Asset/Property Management comprised of more than $7B in AUM and 55M SQFT of Student/Multi-family Housing REIT, Data Center REIT, Industrial, Office REIT and Corporate HQ Functions as well as strategy development and execution for Property, Facility, and Procurement platforms. During his career, Mr. Burka has also created and executed successful strategies specific to Hotel, Parking and Storage assets. Mr. Burka is also a decorated US Army infantry veteran that has served honorably as a Team Leader of an immediate response combat force for the national capital region in response to the events occurring on 9/11/2001. Additionally, he served as a ceremonial escort on numerous presidential details, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Ronald Reagan’s State Funeral detail and numerous Full Honors burials in Arlington National Cemetery for our fallen soldiers.
