Terry Armstrong

Terry Armstrong serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing & Acquisitions for Elberon’s commercial real estate portfolio throughout Central New Jersey. Terry oversees all day-to-day leasing activities for Elberon’s existing tenant base and any vacancies within the portfolio. He is also tasked with sourcing acquisition opportunities to support the growth of Elberon’s approximate two and a half million square foot portfolio.

Terry joined Elberon Development Group in 2013 following 12 years as a commercial real estate broker covering the real estate markets along the New Jersey Turnpike corridor. Previously, he held the position of Vice President at Lee & Associates New Jersey where, in 2012, he was ranked among the market’s top brokers by CoStar Group based on transaction volume. As a Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, Terry earned the distinction of being recognized as one of New Jersey’s top 40 brokers under the age of 40 by Real Estate New Jersey. His career in real estate started with CB Richard Ellis in 2002.

Terry holds a BA degree from William Paterson University and a New Jersey Real Estate Broker’s License. He also serves as a board member for the Greater Elizabeth Chamber of Commerce and is a member of NAIOP, SIOR, and IOREBA.
