Terrence Jefferson joined Marcus & Millichap as a member of the DDM Team in February of 2023. Terrence offers market-leading research and local area expertise in hotel investing. He also works daily with MMCC, Marcus & Millichap’s subsidiary capital corporation, helping clients get comprehensive lending terms. Terrence and his team offer services to support his clients in achieving their objectives whatever they may be, from asset re-positioning to acquisition and disposition with a focus in the Southeast. Mr. Jefferson graduated with a BA in Finance with a focus in Real Estate/ Economics from the College of Charleston and holds a real estate license in South Carolina. His analytical background and market knowledge make him very efficient in serving his clients’ needs. He is based out of the Charleston office and in his free time he enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, as well as spending time with his friends and family.
