Terrance Cosgrove, MAI has over 38 years in commercial real estate valuation, with a concentration as an office property specialist. Mr. Cosgrove's appraisal experience includes all types of urban investment properties; CBD and suburban office buildings, data centers, retail properties, industrial properties, special purpose properties, and various uses of vacant land. Mr. Cosgrove has been a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) since 1984.
The geographical areas he serves mostly include all the major urban areas of Texas and Utah, especially the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, North Texas, Salt Lake City, and Montana. Mr. Cosgrove is a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Texas, Utah, and Montana.
Mr. Cosgrove has been working in the greater Dallas area for over 32 years and has been a part of the CBRE's Valuation & Advisory Services Department since 1996.
