Terese Walton

Terese Walton is the Managing Director & Principal Broker at Gaddis Investments. With more than 24 years experience in the field, she is the Managing Director of assets, investments, and development. Terese is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and served as Chair of the 2015 ICSC Mountain States Idea Exchange. She is a Past President (2013) of CREW Utah, one of more than 75 markets and 12,000 members globally of CREW Network whose mission is "Transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally." Terese served on CREW Network's Industry Research Committee in 2017 which produced the white paper: "The Business Advantage - Best Practices for Gender Equity & Inclusion in Commercial Real Estate."
