Terence W. Conroy

Mr. Conroy is responsible for the overall growth and strategic planning for the company as well as the origination of new development and investment opportunities. Terence's day-to-day activities involve coordination and oversight of all aspects of the development process including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, construction management, property management and asset management. Prior to joining Conroy Development, he served as a Vice President of Acquisitions with Boston Financial Group. Terence received his B.A. from Bowdoin College, is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and an active member of NAIOP.
