Ted joined Jay Noddle in 1994 working on fee based project management development services of office buildings for corporate clients as well as planning, zoning, and entitlements for suburban office parks. Ted served as project manager for the conception, design, and construction of the Omaha FBI headquarters as a GSA “design excellence” project and several corporate headquarters projects.
